FIRE LEADS TO DEVASTATION

It’s so upsetting. Everything was going so well. We just bought a new house. Got a fantastic deal on it. It was one of those fixer uppers but I fell in love with the layout immediately and the great thing was I could fix it up the way I wanted. So we took out a loan, signed all the papers and fixed the whole place up. We finally moved everything in; got everything unpacked and settled, then boom. My husbands’ job was relocating him to a different state. This was my dream house. I couldn’t bear to leave it, but what else could I do. I love my husband more than this house and somehow we’ll find some other place. The move wasn’t easy in the least and I was really down about leaving ‘my’ house but I did. We put it up on the market, a beautiful, newly renovated house. We couldn’t wait til it sold because my husband had to start work already and we had to pay for the new place we were renting until this one sold. Well, it hasn’t sold yet. The house next door had some sort of electrical fire and all that’s left of the house is ashes. No one wants to move in next door to an eyesore.  Adam came home today looking really down, he said we couldn’t afford anymore to hold on to the house and pay for our rent too. We will have to look into filing for bankruptcy. I can’t believe it has come to this.
